This role will bridge the gap between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring our sustainability solutions meet customer needs, compliance standards, and HP’s environmental goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development:
    • Lead the design and customization of ITAD, CRLP, and Carbon Sync solutions tailored for enterprise customers across EMEA.
    • Ensure solutions align with HP’s sustainability objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Partner & Program Management:
    • Serve as the primary EMEA liaison for CRLP Partner Management, driving collaboration with regional and global partners.
    • Oversee partner capability assessments, onboarding, and performance metrics.
  • Sales Enablement & Support:
    • Develop and deliver enablement materials to equip sales and channel teams with the knowledge to position ITAD, CRLP, and Carbon Sync solutions effectively.
    • Provide subject matter expertise during customer engagements and proposal development.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify new opportunities to enhance circular service offerings and improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with global sustainability and product teams to align regional initiatives with HP’s broader Renew Solutions strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant and scalable solution delivery.
    • Represent EMEA in global sustainability forums, providing feedback and insights from the regional market.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), Circular Lifecycle Programs (CRLP), and carbon offset or accounting mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver customer-centric sustainability solutions in a technology or service-driven environment.
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA environmental regulations, compliance frameworks, and partner landscapes.
  • Excellent program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to translate sustainability metrics into business value.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, global organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sustainability, circular economy, or IT lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with or managing partners across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Familiarity with HP Renew Solutions portfolio or similar sustainability programs.
