EMEA Spend Optimization Finance Analyst

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are looking for EMEA Spend Optimization Finance Analyst to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity to get into the EMEA Spend Optimization (OPEX) team. Our team is responsible for cross-segment and cross-BU finance analytics and process, including Quota Setting, Commission accrual and OPEX oversight and Sales Effectiveness Analytics.
The team partners across numerous functions, businesses, and geographies including Sales Strategy and Planning, Business Finance and HR.

How you will make your mark:

• Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

• Consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

• Forecast financial results within a broad scope.

• Lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.

• Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.

• Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.

About you:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
• Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Typically experienced in more than one finance function
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of OPEX is an advantage.
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PBI, AI).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Superior teamwork skills
• Strong business acumen.
• Good project management skills.

– Poland: Annual Salary PLN 117,000 - 231,000
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered."
