We are seeking a proactive and experienced regional security professional to oversee and manage security operations across the EMEA (Europe & Middle East Countries). This role is critical to ensure the protection of our people, assets, operations, and reputation. The successful candidate will manage various security disciplines, such as physical security, incident response, risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and business continuity efforts across multiple countries and cultures

Develop and implement security strategies aligned with global policies and tailored to the regional risk landscape.
Work and collaborate with the technical and physical security Centres of Excellence (COE’s) to ensure physical and security systems are operating efficiently and effectively. Manage access control, CCTV, visitor management, and alarm response procedures.
Conduct regular threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments. Develop mitigation plans and monitor emerging regional threats (e.g., geopolitical, terrorism, natural disasters).
Work and align with the Businesses Resilience & Crisis Management COE Lead in coordinating response efforts during security incidents, including investigations, reporting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Work and align efforts with the Physical Security COE to manage third-party security vendors, contracts, and on-site personnel across multiple countries. Ensure quality, compliance, and performance.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations concerning security and data privacy. Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation.
Collaborate and work with the Training COE to deliver security awareness programs for employees. Conduct emergency drills and ensure all sites have up-to-date security and evacuation plans.
Partner with HR, Legal, IT Security, Facilities, and regional leadership to build an integrated security culture.
Must possess the highest level of integrity and moral character
Proven experience excelling in a corporate/regional security role with multi-country responsibility.
Strong understanding of physical security systems, crisis management, and risk mitigation practices.
Experience working with cross-border teams and diverse cultures across EMEA.
Familiarity with international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ASIS, BS 7858).
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
Prior experience managing a budget and supervising teams with more than 5 employees
Willingness to travel regionally up to 40%
B.A./B.S- Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field
