We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven EMEA Performance Manager to join our team based in Hungary or Poland for 9 months contract. This role drives service excellence across all EMEA security posts by managing performance reporting, identifying improvements, and ensuring accountability. The candidate will monitor, analyze, and enhance KPI outcomes to achieve consistent 100% scores, directly impacting service quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Post Performance Review Management:
Lead the creation and distribution of comprehensive Post Performance Reports following each review cycle.
Consolidate data from multiple sources including KPIs, client compliments and complaints, stakeholder feedback, project outcomes, and post-submitted insights.
Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and score consistency.
Month-End Performance Analysis:
Conduct detailed post-month-end reviews to assess KPI achievement across all posts.
Identify underperforming areas where scores fell below 100%, determine root causes, and work with Post operations teams to implement corrective actions.
Track effectiveness of remedial measures and ensure recurrence prevention through process improvements or training interventions.
KPI Governance & Challenge Process:
Support the monthly KPI calculation and validation process, acting as an internal auditor for accuracy and fairness.
Manage formal KPI challenges submitted by posts, ensuring timely investigation, documentation, and resolution in line with contractual and operational standards.
Serve as a trusted advisor during performance queries, providing clarity and transparency to post teams and regional leaders.
Performance Strategy Execution:
Play a central role in executing the regional performance strategy aimed at achieving sustained 100% KPI compliance.
Collaborate with Post operations leads to align local practices with regional performance goals.
Utilise dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarks to monitor progress and celebrate high performers.
Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate regular performance review meetings with post managers and regional supervisors.
Translate feedback into structured improvement plans, integrating qualitative input (e.g., client feedback) with quantitative KPI results.
Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and learning across the EMEA network.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior leadership on regional performance health.
Maintain accurate records of all performance activities, challenges, and resolutions in accordance with audit requirements.
Key Requirements
Experience in performance management, operations analysis, or service delivery within facilities management or a similar service-led industry, including KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting.
Proven ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements, with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages and familiarity with JLL systems are advantageous.
Success Metrics
Year-on-year improvement in regional KPI performance and reduced occurrences of underperformance.
Timely resolution of KPI challenges and performance queries, supporting increased management fee recovery.
Positive feedback from post managers and stakeholders on the value and effectiveness of performance reporting and guidance.
