The DuPont™ Tyvek® Personal Protection (DPP) business is the market leader in chemical protective clothing, serving diverse applications in the industrial, life-sciences, and emergency response segments, with a mission to provide professional workers with trusted personal protection, enabling them to safely accomplish any task from the mundane to the extraordinary. Position Responsibilities:

The EMEA Tyvek® Garments Marketing Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the marketing and sales teams by delivering data-driven insights, ensuring operational excellence, and facilitating impactful execution of Marketing and Sales Play initiatives.

This role involves supporting marketing operations to drive sales enablement and campaign execution, including lead generation follow-up, tracking and analyzing the ROI of marketing initiatives, and collecting critical market data to inform strategic decision-making. The specialist will serve as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including sales, digital marketing, and analytics, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively communicated and strategically enhanced based on performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in data-driven decision-making and adept at using analytics tools like Salesforce (SFDC) and Power BI to develop dashboards reflecting marketing performance. With attention to detail, the Marketing Operations Specialist will implement comprehensive reporting systems, provide regular updates on initiatives, and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently. Responsibilities also include foundational marketing analysis including market sizing, market share analysis, sales evolution, and e-listening monitoring to support strategic decisions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our segment’s products, services, and go-to-market strategy while driving measurable impact through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Governance: Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., SFDC, Power BI) to track marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Sales & Marketing liaison: Enhance follow-up efficiency and improve “Lead to Opportunity” conversion. Deliver regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Sales Play Support & Execution: Monitor KPIs for Sales Plays System initiatives, guide improvements, review dashboards, assist in content creation.
  • Lead the regional Growth Through AI Program: Act as the primary liaison with the sales team to maximize lead accuracy and conversion, while setting up and monitoring processes.
  • E-Listening for EMEA: Monitor social e-listening tools, setup interface for the region and synthesize all external market signals at brand and application levels.
  • DuPont Contact Center Team Liaison: Serve as the business lead and point of contact to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct Analysis: Perform ongoing analyses of pricing, market share, sales trends, and competition screening.
  • Travel ~10%

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • Min 3–5 years experience in marketing operations, analytics, or commercial operations roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SFDC, and digital analytics tools. Ability to build and automate dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (web analytics, campaign tools) is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent data interpretation skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive/ self-starter, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
