WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role partners closely with the Retail Experience Inline team to shape consumer‑distinct, scalable marketing strategies for Nike’s Inline fleet across the EMEA region. Working in tight collaboration with Global Retail Experience, Nike Direct Stores Inline leadership, City Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, the Retail Creative Studio, the Geo Brand team, as well as Nike store partners, this role ensures a unified, premium and seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will obsess the inline consumer and elevate Nike’s EMEA Inline fleet by sharpening distinction, strengthening brand storytelling, and driving scalable, holistic retail concepts across our full price NSO (owned) and NSP (partnered) doors.

You will:

  • Transform and optimize the Inline Door ecosystem to bring Nike’s EMEA CSR vision to life
  • Tailor and expand Global capabilities, strategies, and directives for the Inline fleet at scale
  • Drive the creation and deployment of key retail concepts including inline, x‑concept elements, and door planning
  • Lead 365 traffic‑driving and membership‑focused initiatives
  • Strengthen communication lines and marketing partnerships with NSP and CEMEA Brand teams
  • Ensure a unified and premium Nike experience across all seamless “four-wall” consumer journeys
  • Champion the athlete* and the marketplace by applying strong retail acumen and insights
