EMEA Influencer Lead / Director
About VaynerMedia
We are VaynerMedia — a contemporary global creative and media agency built for the now. Born in social, we’ve evolved into a full-service offering, driven by a passion for big ideas that connect and create meaningful change for our clients’ businesses.
Independently owned and founded in 2009, we have offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Mexico City. Our work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, the Clios, D&AD, and The Webby Awards, among others.
Culture is at the core of everything we do, and empathy is how we build it. VaynerMedia EMEA brings together a world-class mix of diverse backgrounds, collaborating to deliver innovative, creative, and strategic solutions centered around the one advantage that stands the test of time: people.
Every day, we help some of the world’s biggest brands operate at the intersection of attention and culture. In EMEA, our team of 250+ supports multiple brands across the region.
The Pitch
Welcome to VaynerMedia’s Creator & Culture Services team.
Marketing moves fast but culture moves faster. We’re the team that ensures brands keep up. We deliver bespoke solutions designed to maximise creator and cultural opportunities that matter most to today’s consumers.
The Influencer Director will lead the day-to-day operations of the influencer team across EMEA, focusing on planning and executing best-in-class influencer campaigns as part of our globally integrated Creator & Culture Services offering.
What You’ll Do
As the Influencer Director, you will be the primary point of contact in EMEA for all influencer-related programmes within the agency. You will oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns from strategy and execution to measurement and reporting.
You are constantly seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes, with a strong drive to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
You are a confident communicator and a credible spokesperson for the agency, comfortable leading thought leadership initiatives and representing VaynerMedia at events.
You will collaborate closely with our talent relations and centralised sourcing teams to secure key creators, while also leveraging and growing your own network of talent.
Given the cross-functional nature of influencer work, strong communication and operational skills are essential. You will work across multiple client teams, disciplines, and markets.
This role reports to the VP, Consulting (EMEA), with a dotted line to the SVP, Creator & Culture Services (New York). You will play a key role in shaping and scaling our influencer offering across EMEA, so experience working across multiple markets is essential.

We regularly review our benefits and are committed to providing a comprehensive programme for our people.
What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia
Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!
We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.
Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
