What you’ll do?

Our EMEA Financial & Planning Analyst:

  • Participate in the forecasting and the annual budgeting process
  • Assist in the monthly and quarterly controlling, assuring reporting accuracy through data control, review and analysis
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and analyses on key financial metrics to provide insights on actuals, forecast and budget across EMEA countries, business segments and vendors, thereby contributing also to the identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in the enhancement of the FP&A reporting package through development of new financial reports and analysis using the information systems environment within Ingram Micro in order to improve processes and facilitate decision making on a leadership level
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with country finance teams and the Corporate FP&A team

What you’ll bring:

  • Finance/Accounting University Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, Finance or Accounting
  • Sound financial knowledge including the ability to understand financial KPI’s and drivers
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Interest in IT systems. Knowledge of Reporting platforms/Databases
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Excel (Experience with macros creation is seen as an advantage)
  • Ability to cope with deadlines
  • Goods Interpersonal and communication skills
