Job Description

Team: Global Digital Manufacturing and Innovations. You will report to Software Engineering Systems Manager EMEA

Your Mission:

As a Business Systems / Digital Manufacturing Analyst, you will turn manufacturing problems into scalable digital solutions and roll them out across plants in Poland, Italy and Denmark, with global reuse.

This role is for you if:

You come from manufacturing, engineering, process, maintenance, quality or operations and feel that digitalization is the next natural step, not a foreign IT world.

You don't need to be an “Industry 4.0 architect by title”. What matters is understanding how factories really work, curiosity for technology, readiness to take ownership and motivation to work at the intersection of business, manufacturing and IT.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing projects
  • Translate operational needs into system solutions
  • Evaluate technology options balancing business and technical value
  • Manage implementation roadmaps and execution
  • Support MES, IT/OT integrations
  • Create technical documentation and standards
  • Be a Voice of Manufacturing in global discussions
  • Collaborate globally across regions

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Engineering or manufacturing background
  • Experience with industrial operations
  • Project leadership experience
  • Exposure to MES, automation, OT/IT systems
  • Business-to-technology thinking mindset
  • English B2 minimum
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • MES deployment experience
  • SQL / industrial data
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Agile ways of working
  • Project management certification
