  • Design, implement and optimize automatic tests in Python that validate embedded functionality on both hardware-centric and hardware-less setups.

  • Ensure high test coverage of core platform features and regression tests, so we can proceed with confidence in our developments

  • Help the team reproduce in-market issues in our test platform and convert them into robust automated test cases.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience updating and maintaining requirements in a requirements management system.

  • Are comfortable working with hardware in the lab (development boards, instruments, simple measurements, controller boards etc.).

What you will be doing,

  • Collaborate closely with embedded software colleagues, as well as our test tool team, to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Enhance and improve the automated verification of software in all development phases

  • Meaningfully participate in knowledge sharing, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews to elevate the entire team’s performance

You will be working on platforms that power our current and future products, making life sound better for millions through devices like the Jabra Evolve2 Buds and the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex.

To thrive in this role, you should possess

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with embedded software development and automated software test frameworks.

  • C programming skills and experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with developing test frameworks

  • Practical experience with Bluetooth wireless technologies – practical proficiency with Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and familiarity with LE Audio

  • Fluent written and spoken English, as this is our official company language.

  • Experience updating and maintaining requirements in a requirements management system and comfort working with hardware in the lab (development boards, instruments, simple measurements, controller boards etc.)
