1. 广告投放与流量获取:
· 负责以京东、天猫为主的站内RTB广告策略制定、优化与日常管理,确保ROI目标的达成。
· 独立负责与市场部对接,完成抖音CID投放的落地执行与效果优化,打通公域引流与电商成交的闭环。
· 探索和测试其他新兴电商广告渠道,为业务增长寻找新的机会点。
2. 用户关系管理(ECRM):
· 负责电商平台会员体系及CRM系统的运营,制定并执行用户生命周期管理策略。
· 通过人群画像分析,策划和执行精准的营销活动(如短信、优惠券、会员专享活动),提升用户复购率与客单价。
3. 数据分析与市场洞察:
· 每日监控投放数据(消耗、ROI、CPC等),进行深度分析,产出复盘报告,并提出可执行的优化策略。
· 定期进行行业大盘数据及竞品动态监控,分析市场趋势、竞品策略及消费者行为变化,为业务决策提供数据支持。
· (加分项) 有数据投放模型分析经验(如回归分析、聚类分析等)进行深入的归因分析、用户价值预测或销量预测。
任职要求:
· 经验背景:
· 统招本科及以上学历,市场营销、统计学、等相关专业优先。
· 5年及以上电商营销相关工作经验,有知名品牌或电商代运营公司背景者尤佳。
· 必须具备丰富的京东、天猫等主流电商平台站内广告实操经验,精通RTB竞价广告逻辑。
· 专业技能:
· 精通广告投放: 深刻理解京东、阿里妈妈等广告产品,具备出色的账户优化能力。
· 熟悉ECRM运营: 熟悉电商平台会员和CRM运营工具,有成功的用户忠诚度提升案例。
· 了解新兴渠道: 对抖音CID等直播引流玩法有深入了解和实操经验。
· 数据分析能力: 熟练使用Excel、SQL等进行数据处理,熟悉BI工具(如Tableau, Power BI)者优先。具备优秀的数据分析、解读和报告撰写能力。
· 软性实力:
· 卓越的逻辑思维能力: 能够从复杂数据中发现问题、分析问题并找到根本原因,形成清晰的优化思路。
· 出色的沟通协调能力: 善于跨部门沟通,能清晰表达观点,推动项目落地。
· 强烈的自驱力和结果导向: 对流量和数字敏感,渴望通过自身努力驱动业务增长。
· 加分项:
· 具备数据建模分析的经验。
