Join ServiceTitan’s Demand Generation team as an Email Marketing Specialist, where you will participate in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns or promotions targeted at existing or potential consumers.
What you’ll do:
Manage, design, and execute marketing automation campaigns required for emails; including development, setup, targeting, proofing, testing to audiences, and creative (as needed).
Own segment specific email marketing strategies, feedback, and optimization opportunities. Personalization, using AI software tools, will be a critical area of focus and opportunity.
Create and manage successful campaigns to various segment lists for both mobile and web.
Utilize organizational skills that include the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently; follow marketing schedules and meet deadlines; and work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness of campaigns, drive engagement, generate leads, grow revenue, and educate customers.
Follow email marketing calendar to ensure that requests and deadlines are met.
Research and stay up to date on the latest email trends, competitor campaigns, and email best practice and ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
What you'll bring:
2+ years proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
Experience with using AI software tools is a must. Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including Google Workspace and email marketing software (Marketo, Hubspot)
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills

Compensation Disclosure:
ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $71,800 CAD - $107,800 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
