POSITION SUMMARY

 

This role will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Seasonal Associate will work closely with our Consumer Insights Manager and email marketing team, assisting the Philadelphia Eagles’ Marketing and Content teams in developing creative and engaging email content, managing subscriber lists, and monitoring campaign performance.

The Email Marketing Seasonal Associate will play a critical role in assessing new email marketing technologies that will help drive value within the organization.

 

 

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 

The Email Marketing Seasonal Associate will report to the Consumer Insights Manager and Data Insights and Research Coordinator

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and content teams to develop compelling email content and subject lines.
  • Manage audience segments and ensure data accuracy and consent management.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
  • Track and analyze key email marketing metrics within campaigns and automated journeys.
  • Support the implementation of marketing automation workflows.
  • Ability to be present outside of the typical “9-5 business day” during the season to manage email communications such as Breaking News, Player Transactions etc.
  • Support Eagles Marketing team at fan engagement events outside of the typical “9-5 business day” including nights and weekends.
  • Support Eagles Marketing team at Eagles home games to be played at Lincoln Financial Field during the 2026 NFL Season.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026). 

  • Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
    •  Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEP, HubSpot) — experience is a plus but not always required.
    •  Strong written communication skills; attention to detail and grammar.
    •  Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a bonus.
    •  Ability to analyze simple metrics (e.g., open rates, click rates) and derive insights.
    •  Familiarity with design tools (like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    •  Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
    •  Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
    •  Experience working with CRM systems or customer databases is beneficial.
