Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lifecycle) using platforms like Active Campaign, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Write engaging copy, design email layouts, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Segment email lists based on behavior, preferences, and demographics; build and grow lists using various tools and methods.
Develop advanced workflows and nurture sequences to automate and personalize email communications.
Conduct A/B testing and monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), preparing detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), collaborate with content/design teams, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and list management.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track performance.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template modifications is a plus.
