The job purpose of the EM Supply Coordinator will be to provide essential tactical support to the operational supply teams, ensuring efficient, timely, and reliable supply of products through effective management of ERP transactions. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the supply chain by coordinating with various stakeholders, including Supply Relationship Managers, Global Supply Chain Planning, CMOs, and Logistics Service Providers. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely execution of purchasing support, financial procedures, and inventory management, thereby supporting the overall goal of delivering every dose to every patient on time.

Perform transactional operations in GSK ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC) for all assigned External Manufacturing (EM) assets, to ensure accurate and timely execution of direct and indirect purchasing of raw materials, manufactured materials, services and components, and direct sales to 3rd party customers from GSK EM virtual plants/locations
Provide Logistics support when required through coordination with GSK EM Supply Relationship Managers (SRMs), GSK Global Supply Chain Planning (GSCP), CMOs, GSK Logistics functions, and contracted Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to process ERP transactions and provide required documentation for material movements between 3rdparty suppliers, CMOs, and GSK sites for EM-controlled materials
Process requests for information and approvals on supplier invoicing and pricing from GSK Accounting and Finance functions, and support the SRMs, suppliers, and customers in executing GSK financial procedures
Ensure that the Supply Chain plan and budgeting processes for EM can be performed successfully by maintaining accurate order scheduling and confirmations, and executing inventory reconciliation and adjustment transactions in GSK ERP systems for EM locations
Manage ERP system data objects necessary for the end-to-end processing of EM assets, via data collection from data sources, and direct data maintenance or through coordination of data objection creation, extension, or changes through central data teams and systems
Interface with EM Product Quality Technical Supply Plus (PQTS+) teams as a representative for Logistics and ERP Systems operations and data
Coordinate with SRMs and GSCP to execute the supply plan for all assigned locations and assets
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EM ERP processes on cross-functional Continuous Improvement projects, problem-solves, and ad-hoc ERP data requests from other GSK functions
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors level education or equivalent experience
OR in leu of education 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management
Experience with SAP in purchasing and/or logistics

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $84,750 to $141,250. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
