Electronics Technician

TSC’s is seeking an Electronics Technician  located in our Huntsville, AL to support our production division.

Responsibilities:

Build and/or troubleshoot electronic assemblies, test station, wiring harness for R&D or Production needs to support product reliability, throughput or debug, while diagnosing and resolving issues in both RF and digital systems. Log and collect test data, collaborating with peers to identify trends and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Work closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements and communicate proactively with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput. Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Remain adaptable in a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding effectively to shifting priorities and production demands.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree related to aerospace or electronics and at least 1 year of production and/or assembly experience or a bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of electrical tools and equipment; crimpers, dies, multimeter, presses, connectors, contacts, wire gauges/types, soldering, etc.
  • Ability to assemble cables and wiring harness for test or debug units or test racks
  • Ability to solder, rework, and repair according to IPC Standards
