How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Your role as the ESM Manager is to drive our strong business ambitions in a context of unseen growth dynamics in the Dresden basin and other German and Austrian geographies. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues from sales and business development, quality and supply chain in a highly international and diverse environment across Europe.
You will gain knowledge of and you will analyse the Electronics Specialty Materials (ESM) market and our market positioning for the purpose of regularly reviewing the Electronics product portfolio and sales approach in your geography in collaboration with the Sales and Business Development team and the European Product Management.
You will support the Sales and Business Development team during Request for Quotation (RFQ) projects by providing product specific guidance along the process and you will actively participate during the negotiations with the customers. For some selected accounts you will manage the RFQ preparations and negotiations under your own responsibility.
You will monitor the customer forecasts and the actual demand in collaboration with the Supply Chain Teams and you will coordinate any necessary close the loop communications with our customers.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and you will act as the main interface and team coordinator in case of Crisis Management.
Are you a MATCH?
Successfully completed university degree.
Min. 2 years of professional experience (ideally in working with customers).
Understanding of figures and relevant business KPIs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sense of responsibility and high self-motivation.
Clean working style, accuracy, quality awareness.
Independent work with pronounced team capability.
Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and implement solutions.
Very good English skills, spoken and written.
German language skills are an advantage.
High commitment, assertiveness, flexibility, and confident demeanor.
Good user knowledge of Google Apps/ Power BI.
Experience with AI apps (e.g. Gemini) an advantage.
Willingness to travel.
