Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as an Electronic Technician 3 based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.
The selected candidate will perform routine technical functions related to supporting the design, assembly, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems used in mission-critical applications. In this role, you will work hands-on with electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and test equipment to ensure systems meet performance and quality standards. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work.
The selected candidate will work primarily during the 2nd or 3rd shift hours.

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,500.00 - $105,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
