This job is responsible for the disassembly, assembly and testing of devices using standardized test equipment and procedures, in a fast-paced production environment where you will perform a variety of repetitive to non-repetitive production operations.
This is an onsite role in our Irving, TX facility with a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 6AM - 4:30PM.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Disassemble and assemble devices using hand tools and/or electrical tools
Test and program devices as needed
Cosmetically visually inspect devise against pre-determined standards
Perform radio frequency (RF) testing of devices using standardized test equipment and procedures
Perform quality control actions using automated tools
Refer to and follow standard operating procedures to perform job duties
Use computer to enter data into the company database
Physically move material as needed
Participate in continuous improvement and team building activities
Perform other duties as assigned
What are the requirements needed for this position?
High School diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills, ability to enter data
Knowledge of and ability to maintain 6S standards
Ability to operate automated equipment
Ability to reach and maintain unit per handset (UPH) requirements
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
One year of previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
Position requires incumbents to regularly sit or stand, for long periods of time, and operate standard office equipment such as a computer
Position requires incumbents to carry and/or move up to 20 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Pay Range:
$16.23 - $25.16Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
