Job Description

  

Summary
Electrical Engineer experienced in analog, digital, and mixed‑signal electronics, low‑power system design, and PCBA development. Proficient in translating requirements into reliable hardware solutions and supporting bring‑up, debug, and verification. Collaborative contributor with working knowledge of C, C#, and Python and exposure to RF design.

  • RF layout, antennas, and wireless systems (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, Iridium, Argos/Kenesis – experience a plus)
  • FPGA fundamentals

Tools

  • Altium Designer
  • Git, SVN
  • Eclipse, PyCharm, Arduino IDE
  • Lab instrumentation (scope, logic, spectrum, network analyzers)

Software (Working Knowledge)

  • C, C#, Python

Experience

  • Typically 8-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Designed and owned complex PCBAs from concept through production
  • Led board bring‑up, debug, and validation
  • Supported technical decisions related to power, signal integrity, EMI, and reliability
  • Participated in design reviews and mentored junior engineers
  • Supported manufacturing ramp up and sustainment

Education

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (M.S. a plus)

Additional Requirements

  • Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a “US Person” (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees)
  • Full‑time, exempt position
  • Office and laboratory environment with occasional field or test‑site work
  • Limited travel for testing, vendor engagement, or program support

  

Salary Range:

$113,600.00-$151,400.000
