Job Description
Allied Health professionals (distinct from medicine, pharmacy and nursing) deliver health or related services using scientific principles and evidence-based practice for the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic diseases; promote disease prevention and wellness for optimum health; and apply administration and management skills to support health care systems in a variety of settings. This job function includes the allied areas of dentistry, neurodiagnostic, polysomnography, ophthalmology, optometry, perfusion and respiratory.

Neurodiagnostic Services performs a wide variety of electroneurodiagnostic procedures on patients with suspected neurologic injury and disease and monitors patients for seizure or other neurological disorders. Prepares patients for testing, performs testing and collects information pertinent to the interpretation of test results in EEG, Electromyography (EMG), Autonomics, Epilepsy Monitory (EMU) and Evoked Potentials (EP).

Minimum Qualifications 

For Hire:  Recommended one of the following:

  • One year healthcare experience

  • Minimum of one year Neurodiagnostic experience

  • Minimum of an Associates degree

  • Associates Degree in END Technology

  • RPSGT Certificate
