Salary Range: $55,000 - 79,000

As our next Electrician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting plant operations by performing machine repair, preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for all equipment and plant utilities. Your technical expertise ensures our customers receive high‑quality products on time and at a competitive cost.
• Complying with all company safety policies and procedures
• Performing preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, machine improvements, and modifications
• Providing technical support for processes, products, and equipment across the division
• Ensuring smooth communication and hand‑off between shifts to maintain operational continuity
• Participating in team meetings to address quality, service, operations, HR, and health/safety issues as needed
• Assisting in training and developing new operations team members
• Participating in 5S activities to maintain workplace organization and efficiency
• Working in compliance with JEC Mississauga Plant 1 Quality and EHS policies, including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
• Performing all other duties as assigned
• Ontario Trade Certificate as an Industrial Electrician
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of PLCs, speed controls, CNC controls, and automation equipment
• A reliable, mature team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong familiarity with automotive or high‑volume manufacturing
• Additional technical certifications
