The Serial buses Validation team is seeking an Engineer to develop cutting edge communication products.
As a member of the Serial buses Validation team you will be required to deep dive into the design details, define test-plans and develop test environments that contain advance equipment while developing the required software to manage and automate the relevant components.
In addition, you'll be responsible for root cause analysis of failures and consequently debugging.
The position includes close collaboration with system engineering and design teams.
We are looking for a Validation engineer that will be responsible for the development of the validation environments for our silicon.
The Silicon contains different types of High-Speed serial I/F, Analog circuits, special voltage regulators etc.
As part of the role, you are expected to develop automatic tools and design infrastructure to enable both validation and debug of the components
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in the High speed serial buses such as PCI-E or USB
Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: - Data flow through the MAC and PHY layers
- Signal Integrity
- Transmitter and Receiver techniques
- Logic and control circuits debug techniques
- Automation of the scopes, DMMs and other measurement instruments
- Python programming language.
