In this role, you’ll work on electrical testing and validation for transformer products that support customers across industries and geographies. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians, learn advanced testing practices, and contribute to solutions that help prevent technical issues before they occur.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Conduct electrical tests including winding resistance, turns ratio, excitation, power factor, and losses.
Create clear and accurate test plans with the support of engineers and the test team.
Compile transformer test data and produce structured technical reports.
Perform low‑power, high‑power, and high‑voltage testing in a safe and controlled environment.
Analyze engineering data and documentation to support product quality.
Collaborate with engineering groups to evaluate criteria and recommend improvements.
Investigate technical issues and contribute to corrective actions.
Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technologist with 2+ years of experience.
Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, and NEMA.
Experience using Microsoft Office and preparing technical reports.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.
Background in transformers or high‑voltage systems is an asset.
Ability to archive and manage test data using software and server tools.
