Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing container‑handling equipment to ensure safe and reliable terminal operations.

  • Perform electrical and electronic maintenance on RTGs, spreaders, and container handling cranes
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults and breakdowns
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM and terminal standards
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and report actions taken to the Supervisor
  • Complete inspection, monitoring, and maintenance reports accurately and on time
  • Ensure all work complies with HSSE policies, terminal rules, and labour regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools, equipment, and workshop areas

What We Are Looking For:

  • Continuous improvement mindset: curiosity about how work is done and commitment to safe, reliable equipment performance
  • Diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical Technology or a related field
  • At least three years’ experience in crane or heavy equipment electrical maintenance
  • Hands‑on experience with RTGs, quay cranes, and spreaders
  • Knowledge of Siemens PLCs, drive systems, and electrical control circuits
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
  • Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency repairs
