Summary of Job:

The Electrical Installation Helper supports electricians and installation technicians by performing tasks such as carrying materials, preparing tools, cleaning work areas, and assisting with basic installation activities. This entry-level role is designed to build foundational skills in the electrical trade while ensuring work areas are safe, organized, and efficient.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Actively pursuing education or training in the electrical field preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training.
  • Teamwork: Works effectively with others, following directions and contributing to team success.
