Essential Functions

  •  Create, modify, and check equipment software to meet equipment process specifications. Budget and Project Timing.
  •  Create and maintain equipment forms and documentation. This includes Schematics, Software, Maintenance Manual, and Spare Parts.
  •  Develop and present Technical Equipment Design Review materials to the group during the program development phases. This is based on standards or R&D items being reviewed.
  •  Conduct feasibility studies on new designs and Validation of Equipment for production robustness.
  •  Guide support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication.
  •  Attend program meetings to report equipment program status, issues, and proposed solutions.

Other Duties

  • Provide Electrical Schematics and review with suppliers to complete Equipment setup for the desired process.
  • Electrically Test parts for function review and customer build events.
  • Perform an electrical circuit analysis of client products to determine the cause of failure and improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, or approved equivalent
  • Experience in software programming for PLC Equipment, IOT, or other devices for data collection.
