The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $36,000 to $72,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What you will do in this Role:
Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as directed by site supervision.
Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others.
Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
Required to travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. Able to push, pull, squat, crawl, and walk on large construction sites. These sites may have varying climates and environments.
What we are looking for:
2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.
High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking at extensive building projects in various climates.
Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
Basic computer skills preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
A valid driver’s license is required.
