Design and develop ships, hull structures, onboard systems and mission equipment – the electrical & automation part as your focus.
Engineer systems such as electrical power plants, automation systems and auxiliary installations.
Ensure all designs meet classification society and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional descriptions and technical specifications.
Support the procurement process by validating compatibility with system designs.
Introduce innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to improve vessel performance.
Oversee system integration, from design to commissioning, ensuring seamless functionality.
Work closely with design offices, production teams and testing facilities to validate concepts.
Prepare clear technical documentation, risk assessments and design reports.

Master’s degree in Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
Strong technical background and analytical skills.
A minimum of 3 years hands-on working experience in performing complex and multidisciplinary engineering scopes and system integration.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.

Willing to travel occasionally for site support and commissioning phases.
