Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Industrial Development Plan Specialist  (f/m) to join our Project and Industrialization department (OLMEB) based in Toulouse, France.


You will be part of a team developing complex industrial systems for the Toulouse Electric Center. As part of the OLMEB team, you will be involved in leading the End-to-End Industrial Development Plan aiming at securing the industrial maturity of electrical harnesses and chambers from R&T to customer services.

Your challenges :


  • Lead the End-to-End industrialization of electrical reference chambers in active partnership with the Design Office (Co-design).

  • Deliver core IDP deliverables, including top-level industrial requirements, project schedules, and maturity plans.

  • Implement new production lines by integrating automation, disruptive manufacturing innovations, and digital continuity.

  • Perform supply chain audits and assessments to improve economic competitiveness and reduce supplier dependence.

  • Participate in strategic governance, providing technical expertise for Make or Buy decisions and value chain analysis.




Your boarding pass :


  • Proven experience in industrial system design and production line implementation.

  • Technical expertise in harness manufacturing or electrical system installation.

  • Mastery of the Industrial Development Plan (IDP) process and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).

  • Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional project management.

  • Negotiation level in English is required for this transnational role.
