Your tasks:
- Preparation of market and location analyses
- Collaboration in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for national and international clients
- Participation in the organization and implementation of Germany-wide property inspections and subsequent processing of the results
- Maintenance of information databases and regular support in the preparation of pitch presentations and offers
- Support in the preparation of valuation reports in German and English
- Active regular communication with team colleagues as well as across departments
- Support in the acquisition of new orders
- Regular exchange with customers
Your profile:
- Interest in the real estate industry
- A successfully completed degree in geography, architecture, business administration/real estate management or a comparable course of study
- You are enthusiastic about working with Excel and have an affinity for numbers and financial mathematical topics
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
