Role Overview
We are hiring Apprentices to support our Project & Development Services (PDS) team across live project sites. Apprentices will be embedded directly on-site, working alongside project managers, engineers, designers, and contractors.
This is a 1-year apprenticeship program designed to provide hands-on exposure to fit-out and construction projects, including design coordination, MEP systems, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day site activities, working closely with project managers and engineers
Track and report project progress, including daily updates, logs, and issue tracking
Assist in coordination between consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
Review and work with technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications
Support installation, execution, and on-site implementation of works across projects
Assist in testing and commissioning activities where required
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with project requirements
Support quality checks to ensure works are aligned with approved drawings and standards
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting records
Qualifications
Recent graduate (Bachelor's) in Mechanical, Electrical , Architecture or Construction Project Management
Candidates with a Diploma in Interior Design can also be considered for our Fit out team
Skills & Competencies
Willingness to work in a site-based, hands-on environment
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and plans
Basic familiarity with construction, fit-out, or building systems (MEP/HVAC)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders
Able to track tasks, follow up, and support execution on-site
