Are you ready to kickstart your career in the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and sustainability area?
We are looking for an ambitious, curious and collaborative student assistant to apply knowledge and skills in AGC Biologics, a global multicultural pharma company with 1000 employees in Søborg.
As a student assistant in our EHS department you will be part of a dynamic team consisting of six employees of which two are student assistants, helping to support the organization in a variety of tasks.
Your assignments will focus on supporting EHS team on both routine and ad-hoc tasks, covering data analysis, communication, organizing and maintaining reporting systems.
Your tasks will be but are not limited to:
Participate in organizational tasks and communication within Health & Safety Organization
Perform analysis of EHS related data
Prepare data reports on various EHS topics for the department and Søborg site
Support of safety campaigns both on the department and site level
Support maintaining the chemical safety data system and incident reporting system
Ensure our SharePoint is up to date and organized
Assist with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 activities
What would we love to see from you?
You are a natural team player with good communication skills
You are proactive, ambitious and ready to take initiative
You are curious and eager to learn about EHS in a global pharma company
You have an analytical and structured approach
You are highly skilled in Excel and proficient in MS Office
You have an interest in learning new tools for reporting and sustaining chemical safety data
You are enrolled in a relevant study field either at Bachelor or Master level within chemical engineering, biology or another relevant field.

We offer flexible working hours but expect that you can work 2-3 days per week for around 15 hours in total, and we will of course accommodate your study schedule during exams.
