Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) reporting and documentation across construction and fit-out projects under Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team. This role works closely with project managers and the regional EHS function to consolidate safety documentation, maintain compliance records, and ensure timely submission of safety reports across active projects.Job Description
About the Role:
Consolidate weekly and monthly EHS reports from project managers and prepare summary reports for submission to the regional EHS function.
Maintain and organize safety documentation including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), method statements, work permits, safety observation logs, and incident records.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure required safety documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Support incident and near-miss reporting, including documentation, data entry, and maintaining EHS trackers across the project portfolio.
Assist with EHS-related meetings, safety briefings, and internal reporting presentations while monitoring compliance gaps and escalating issues when needed.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Administration, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in EHS, construction support, or administrative coordination are welcome to apply.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage trackers, templates, and reporting documentation.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to coordinate across multiple project teams and regional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines; K3 Umum / AK3 certification is an advantage but not required.
