What will you do? 

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your role will involve conducting audits, risk assessments, and training programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

How will you do it? 

  • Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on EHS policies and procedures.

  • Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions and preventive measures.

  • Maintain and update EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong EHS culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.

  • Proficient in data analysis and EHS reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Certification in EHS management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001).

  • Experience with behavior-based safety programs.
