  • 電気設備・機器に関する安全基準の策定、維持、改善
  • 電気安全に関するリスクアセスメントの実施および是正措置の推進
  • 法令・規格(労働安全衛生法、電気事業法など)に基づくコンプライアンス対応
  • 現場での安全監査、点検、事故・ヒヤリハット事例の分析と再発防止策の立案
  • 従業員への電気安全教育・トレーニングの企画・実施
  • 新規設備導入時の安全評価および承認プロセスへの参画
  • グローバルEHS基準との整合性確保、社内外ステークホルダーとの連携

応募資格

  • 電気工学または関連分野の学士以上
  • 電気設備に関する安全管理経験(製造業・プラント・工場での経験歓迎)
  • 労働安全衛生法、電気関連法規に関する知識
  • リスクアセスメント、事故調査、是正措置の実務経験
  • コミュニケーション能力、チームでの協働力
  • (歓迎)電気主任技術者資格、EHS関連資格(例:ISO45001内部監査員)

Job Summary

In our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, you will be responsible for managing safety related to electrical equipment and construction projects. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements, develops and implements internal standards, and conducts risk assessments to safeguard employee safety and maintain equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage safety for construction projects
  • Develop, maintain, and improve safety standards for electrical equipment and systems
  • Conduct electrical safety risk assessments and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Occupational Safety and Health Act, Electrical Business Act)
  • Perform on-site safety audits, inspections, and analyze incidents/near-misses to establish preventive measures
  • Plan and deliver electrical safety education and training for employees
  • Participate in safety evaluations and approval processes for new equipment installations
  • Align with global EHS standards and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in electrical safety management (preferably in manufacturing, plant, or industrial settings)
  • Knowledge of occupational safety and health laws and electrical regulations
  • Practical experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective actions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • (Preferred) Licensed Electrical Chief Engineer, EHS-related certifications (e.g., ISO45001 Internal Auditor)
