Reporting into the VP Data & Information within Aftermarket Operations, this role leads a team of ~40 people to deliver all aspects of our Engine Health Monitoring Services for Airlines. The successful candidate has full accountability for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People in this area.
Engine Health Monitoring is a 24x7 operation focused on providing timely notification of emerging engine issues to avoid in-service disruption to our Airline customers.
Our Engine Health Monitoring service is transitioning to the next generation of Azure based toolsets, high frequency data sources and the latest cutting-edge analytic techniques. This role will work alongside our Business Aviation EHM Service Manager to support this transition, build capability across the EHM service teams and adapt our service model to take advantage of the new technology.
Role incumbent will engage with broad stakeholder groups in defining capability requirements and managing delivery. They will ensure appropriate governance and measures are in place to maintain the effective implementation and ongoing performance of this constantly evolving service.
