Job Description

Mission:

Within the EEA-G Product Line, you are EEA Delivery Lead responsible for managing the

delivery of EEA including SW to the vehicle project. The Train Leader

 is the leader of the Agile Release Train, whose primary responsibility is the management of the program backlog and its alignment with business needs, the management of supplier, and the management of priorities. You manage a group of 6 to 10 technical teams with their respective product owners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage system and software development through agile events: PI planning, PO sync, demo

iteration

• Continuously deploy and deliver all train software products

• Manage the program backlog and the priority of the different features constituting it

• Identify the needs meeting the business strategy and break them down into features to be

executed in the short term and long term

• Manage software development by implementing build in quality, safety by design, and by

complying from the design stage with all regulatory, security, cyber, etc. constraints...

• Manage the network of suppliers and partners contributing to the project's hardware,

software and systems developments

• Establish the structure that will allow long-term maintenance and content developments

during the serial life of the project and vehicles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software delivery, with a focus on automotive electronics and SDV platform.
  • Experience in supplier management and reviewing deliverables from third-party vendors.
  • Software development, algorithm and control of vehicle systems (powertrain EV, body, HMI,
  • Knowledge of Linux, AutoSAR Classic, AutoSar Adaptive environments
  • Knowledge of software engineering: specification, architecture, development, integration & continuous testing, quality, operational safety
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Lean, Spotify, etc.)
  • Knowledge of different automotive standards: A-Spice, ISO26262,...

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
