• Educator (PT/FT): $29.57 - $36.41 per hour
• Casual Educator: $36.96 - $45.51 per hour (incl. 25% loading)
• Kitchen Support: From $32.34 per hour

About the Roles

Busy Bees at Chinchilla is seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team across multiple roles:

Educators (Permanent & Casual)

• Deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Support children’s development through play-based learning

Kitchen Support (Permanent or Casual)

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
• Work alongside the centre team to support daily operations

We offer both permanent (part-time/full-time) and casual opportunities to suit your availability.

What You’ll Need

Educators:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Valid Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Kitchen Support:

• Previous experience in food preparation (childcare or similar preferred)
• Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of dietary requirements and allergies
