Educational Support Specialist

Westchester Campus Part time
Under the direction of the project lead, the Educational Support Specialist (per Diem) will provide planning and implementation of project goals to support the Center for Equity for English Learners research, policy, or practice projects, as requested.

Position Specific Accountabilities 

  • Experience in K-12 and higher education, preferably with an emphasis in systems, programs, and services for Multilingual and English Learner students. Project lead to provide full details. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requisite Qualifications 

  • A valid California credential or successful background check screening is required. 

  • Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by background in preparing comprehensive reports and executive summaries incorporating complex, highly technical information. 

  • Highly developed organizational and leadership skills. 

  • Demonstrated computer competency.
