Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to guide pedagogy, mentor educators, and embed high-quality practice across the service. This is a role for a leader who enjoys influencing teaching practice, strengthening reflective culture, and supporting teams to deliver meaningful learning outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

What You’ll Bring
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or senior educator role
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and quality improvement processes
Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
A collaborative leadership style with confident communication skills
