The Opportunity

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the intern is integrated into the daily work of the team focused on providing colleagues with access to high quality, in-person, virtual, asynchronous, and blended learning and development programs and collateral. What You'll Contribute

  • Data Management & Results Tracking: Track target audiences, invitations, registrations, completions, surveys, and interviews. Generate reports showing our Return on Investment (ROI). 
  • Organization & Collaboration: Schedule Zoom webinars, coordinate rehearsals, capture recordings, and distribute takeaways via follow up communications. 
  • Video Editing and Reviews: Post-produce recordings. Capture metadata and submit video publication requests. QA published videos, approve builds for final distribution. 

What We're Seeking

  • Experience using the Microsoft suite of products, virtual meetings/webinars, and video editing tools 
  • Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, culture, or organizational development a plus 
  • Experience with virtual meeting & video editing software (or the demonstrated ability to learn how to use software tools quickly.) 
  • English language proficiency 
  • Ability to work on a team and independently on projects and tasks 
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
