Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.


This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability.


POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will assist the student support manager to facilitate the smooth operation of data-dependent systems for the regional Adult Education (AE) program across World Relief Chicagoland. This will include 1) website and form updates, 2) the management and automation of interest data generated by the community, 3) management and automation of student data from enrollment through the completion of class, 4) the processing of data as related to grant reporting, and 5) as a part of this, researching, experimenting with, implementing the use of new systems to manage and track data as needed.



This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 6/30/2026 and contingent upon funding extension.
