About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful and adaptable Editorial Operations Lead, Global Analytical, to manage and optimize processes, workflows, and resources to deliver superior analytical content. You will support the APAC  portfolio and drive global initiatives to enhance the quality, speed, and scalability of content delivery, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making. This role reports to the Head of APAC, Analytical Editorial Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Content delivery schedules, including execution against plan for upkeep and new content and enabling content accelerations
  • Operational metrics, including monitoring product experience dashboard, forecasting analysis to action timely mitigations
  • Content management system and scheduling tools, including webstar/ticket solution monitoring, driving enhancements and leading troubleshooting
  •  Vendor relationships, including monitoring SLA adherence and resourcing to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Supporting Lexis+ Content Platform (L+CP) strategic initiatives as subject matter expert, including leading coordination efforts on discovery, communications, and user testing
  • Supporting content expansion, acquisition and divestments

Content Publishing Delivery Management

  • Oversee schedules, track progress, and ensure successful production and delivery of digital and print content.
  • Use AI and automation (e.g., workflow bots, LLM support) to reduce cycle times, de-risk bottlenecks, and improve consistency and scalability of delivery.

Process Optimization

  • Assess and refine workflows within core editorial operations functions to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvements by championing best practices, OKRs, and enhanced workflows across Global Analytical.
  • Identify high-impact use cases for AI and automation, design simple experiments, and translate findings into standard work, playbooks, and training.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for content operations and use insights to optimize processes.
  • Leverage AI-enabled analytics tools where appropriate to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver reporting and narratives for senior stakeholders, including for Global Analytical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Team Synergy and Leadership

  • Work with Editorial Operations peers across global regions to harmonize Analytical processes, systems, and AI usage patterns.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to team members on operational rigor and effective use of AI tools.
  • Ensure collaborative partnerships with Editorial, Builds, Print Segment, and Content Strategy teams, including joint pilots of AI-enabled processes and feedback loops to refine them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in content/editorial operations with a results-driven mindset and high change capability
  • Able to flex occasionally to attend global meetings; Demonstrated project management experience with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities using process improvement methodologies
  • Advanced skills in XML and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); active user of AI, automations, and emerging tech to drive efficiencies (e.g., LLM console, Copilot, etc.)
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to report insights, create visualizations and progress to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and global teams
