  • Familiarity with legal hold management tools and defensible collection methodologies
  • Solid understanding of processing, culling, and production specifications (load files, image formats, metadata fields, privilege logging)
  • Strong grasp of how data sources — including Microsoft 365, cloud storage, and enterprise applications — interact with eDiscovery workflows
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with attorneys, paralegals, Legal Ops, IT, and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BA Degree preferred

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end eDiscovery project workflows across active matters, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed
  • Issue, track, and manage legal holds in coordination with legal department personnel and cross-functional colleagues; follow up on custodian acknowledgments and escalate non-responses
  • Assist with scoping and executing data collections from custodians and enterprise data sources
  • Support review project setup and configuration, including coding panels, search term development, and reviewer guidance materials
  • Coordinate production preparation and delivery, including specification review, QC of production sets, and logging of outgoing productions
  • Maintain matter-level project documentation, including status trackers, collection logs, processing reports, production logs, and privilege logs
  • Monitor and report on matter metrics, platform usage, and project costs; assist with vendor invoice review
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, templates, and playbooks for repeatable eDiscovery workflows
