EDGAR Filing Team Lead - Third Shift (9pm CT - 6am CT)

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic EDGAR Filing Team Lead to join our team. The Team Lead will actively contribute to daily filing work while coordinating workflow, tracking priorities, and supporting smooth communication between team members and related groups such as Proofreading, XBRL, and offshore partners. Acting as a key resource for process questions and quality checks, this individual will help ensure filings are completed accurately, on time, and in adherence to Broadridge SOP standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in and complete SEC/EDGAR filings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate daily workflow, assist with job routing, and help prioritize filing requests based on client deadlines and team capacity.

  • Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and informal training to strengthen team performance and support cross-coverage.

  • Act as a point of contact for shift-based escalations and collaborate with supervisors or managers to resolve client or process issues.

  • Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams, Proofreading, and XBRL groups to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow continuity.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute input to SOP and workflow enhancements.

  • Support testing and feedback for new software applications and process improvements.

  • Partner closely with the Supervisor/Manager to align team priorities with operational goals and standards.

  • Maintain documentation of team progress, training activities, and key shift updates for leadership review.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEC/EDGAR filings, including preparing and submitting filings accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of filing workflows and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership or team coordination experience, including coaching, mentoring, or supporting team members in a production environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally (e.g., with proofreading, XBRL, offshore teams, or related partners).

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000.
