ED_ADS/AH ME Serial Process Engineer (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

A vacancy for a Serial Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES:

As Eurodrone Manufacturing Engineering Fuselage and Pylon you will be in charge of the following activities:
    · Ensuring Manufacturability of the design. Co-Design
    · Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
    · Push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design/M&P) & Supply Chain.
    · Introduce Manufacturing best practice/ standardization into design.
    · Define Build Process for ME.
    · Calculate the time at operation level.
    · Manage Technical Sequencing.
    · Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification.
    · Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover).
    · Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
    · Accountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2).
    · Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taken into account shop floor needs, Time calculation and Work Preparation Golden Rules in accordance with applicable processes.

SKILLS:

    · Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
    · At least 4 years in in assembly with experience in Co-Design, Industrialization and Support to the production lines
    · Collaboration mind-set, team spirit and communication skills are consider as a  must in this role.
    · Advanced level in English and Spanish
