This position reports to ED/OBS Billing Analysis Manager and performs facility coding functions for ED and Observation Departments system wide. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise staff.Responsibilities And Duties:

Knowledge of Emergency Medicine and Observation facility billing as it relates to inpatient and outpatient accounts, critical care charging guidelines, detailed understanding of CPT-4 classification systems, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology as demonstrated by successful completion of coursework. 2- 3 Years of Experience in a hospital environment.Work Shift:
