What will you work on?
As the Ecommerce Marketing Analyst, you will help drive online revenue growth by analyzing website performance, user behavior, and marketing campaigns. Your role is to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that optimize conversions, manage digital marketing ROI, and track key performance indicators.
How will you create impact?
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic sources, and bounce rates to provide actionable revenue-boosting recommendations.
Own the health of our product catalog, ensuring listings are accurate, complete, and optimized across marketplaces like Amazon and Mercado Libre.
Lead the creation and optimization of high-converting product listings, including titles, A+ content, and imagery, executing keyword strategies to improve organic ranking.
Plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads) to meet performance goals such as ROAS and CTR.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and content strategies to identify market opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between content, inventory, and commercial priorities.
What are your skills and experience?
A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce with a strong focus on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart).
Experience managing and optimizing product listings and catalogs in marketplace environments.
Hands-on experience with retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads).
A strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, including search ranking and buy box dynamics.
Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
