eCommerce Growth Lead – North America (Cross-Business Units)

Description -

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and collaborative eCommerce Growth Lead to accelerate online sales across HP’s Consumer, Print, and Gaming businesses in North America. This role is central to building and scaling HP’s eCommerce performance engine—using data, experimentation, and insight to unlock growth across HP.com, retailer.com, and partner ecosystems.

You’ll act as the connector between HP’s media, category, and WW eCommerce teams—turning data into actionable growth strategies and flywheel models that fuel category momentum (for example, Print & HyperX peripherals). You’ll partner closely with media and performance leads to drive measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and ROI across channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead data-driven eCommerce growth initiatives across Print, Personal Systems, and Gaming categories, owning strategy, analysis, and performance recommendations.
  • Partner with North America Media & Performance Marketing leads to optimize upper-to-lower-funnel integration and drive conversion at HP Store and key retailer.com partners.
  • Collaborate with WW eCommerce and HP Store teams to pilot and scale best practices, tools, and automation models that improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain flywheel models for priority categories (e.g., HyperX peripherals, accessories, Smart Tank), connecting traffic, conversion, and retention levers into sustainable growth frameworks.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative data—from analytics, A/B testing, path-to-purchase, and consumer insights—to shape hypotheses, test plans, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Category and Retail Marketing teams to translate data findings into practical go-to-market actions and merchandising strategies.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reporting structures to track KPIs, surface insights, and drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring ongoing experimentation and performance optimization across eCommerce channels.
  • Act as the bridge between performance marketing, analytics, and sales teams, ensuring decisions are data-based, measurable, and business-impact-oriented.

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of experience in eCommerce, growth marketing, or performance optimization roles—preferably within consumer tech, retail, or electronics.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, analytics, and conversion optimization across digital channels.
  • Strong familiarity with eCommerce ecosystems including HP.com, Amazon, Best Buy, and other major retailer.com platforms.
  • Experience working with media teams to connect upper-funnel and lower-funnel performance through data insights.
  • Demonstrated success building flywheel or growth loop models to drive sustained category performance.
  • Analytical problem solver with hands-on experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer electronics, peripherals, or gaming hardware.
  • Proficiency with data and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker).
  • Experience partnering across global and regional organizations in matrixed structures.
  • Passion for innovation, growth marketing, and performance optimization.

The pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
